Our aim is to provide a professional, friendly service to aid independence and improve quality of life to those who require care and support in their own home.

The carers are as important as the company's service users. The company policy is that on-going training is essential. Carers looking for job opportunities will find a warm, supportive company.

All our care staff are recruited & vetted in strict accordance with requirements laid down by the Care Standards Act & National Minimum Standards. All staff adheres to the General Social Care Council's Code of Conduct for care staff & undergo checks by the Criminal Records Bureau at Enhanced level prior to being assigned to work.

We provide a range of person-centred services, including Supported Living Services, Residential Care, Individual Support Services, Respite and Short Break Services.

Many service users have family carers looking after them almost all the time. That family carer needs a regular break probably for one week in every four or six weeks. If the service user does not want to go into a nursing or respite home, we can provide a carer to live-in with the client while the family carer takes a well earned break.
