All our care staffs are appropriately trained before they start work with us. Our comprehensive induction training which is regularly updated to incorporate all the latest good practice and social care standards means that we are confident in the competence of all of our staff.

 

 

In addition, on occasions, it may be necessary for staff to attend specific training on a one to one basis or in a small group, due to supporting a Service User who has a specific need.

 

It is our staff’s responsibility to only carry out duties that they are confident and consider themselves trained to undertake.
